TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

SOUND

A good sound system :
  1 Amplifier (stéréo )
  A 16-input mixing board /  effect (reverb, delay.../ equalizer
  2 Main Speakers (JBL, Electrovoice, Bose for example)
  4 Monitors
  7 Mikes ( 4  Sennheiser 461 or Beyer M500 (or equivalent) for the String quartet)
  DI Box
  8 microphones stands (1 straight and 6 boom mic stands )
  8 Microphone cables ((XLR male-XLR female)
  3 cables for guitar (1/4 inchJack on each end)
  2 Extension cords for power and 3 multi-plugs
  1  AAA 1,5V battery
  2  AA/1.5V Battery
  1  9V Alkaline Battery

LIGHT
    
 Several spotlights, minimum :
  - 1000 Watts spots x 8
  - 500W x 6
  - Color filters (amber, red, blue, purple, pink)
  - a follow spot (optional)

A LIGHTING TECHNICIAN

ANCILLARY NEEDS  

For the String Quartet
  4 Music-Stands with light

for the Bassist
 1  DI Box
 1 Ampli (Ampeg B 15 or équivalent)

for Eric
  A piano (optional)
  A high stool (bar stool without back)
  A bottle of water  should be placed on the stage next to the bar-stool prior to the concert.

ROOMS BACK STAGE

- For  Eric VINCENT: 1 room with  mirrors, hangers, a towel, a bottle of water and  two bananas
- For the musicians: 2 or 3  rooms

A two hour rehearsal period is required (about three hours before the concert)

A small reception after the concert is always a good idea. Eric has CD’s for sale, and will be happy to autograph photos, programs etc. He loves meeting his audience.
